I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Main Street and close to a lovely park, perfect for morning strolls. The private hot spring with a gorgeous view from the balcony was a highlight, but the rooms felt quite plastic and gave a bit of a caravan vibe, which was disappointing. The amenities were decent, but the service at check-in could use a bit more friendliness. Overall, it offers good value for money, but there are certainly areas for improvement.
